“The students at our school had the opportunity to learn about cultures and how they are connected to the environment through fine arts. The students have shown such enthusiasm [and the] teaching artists have done a great job collaborating with the teachers to ensure students grasp key concepts. The students worked on a class rug, decorative arts, and individual baskets. It is evident that students were able to represent their individual cultures.
