Carolyn Schwartz, Development Director spearheads fundraising efforts, orchestrates special events, and ensures donor satisfaction since joining the museum in 2016. Leading the Development team with grace and enthusiasm, Mrs. Schwartz fosters a strong collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Directors. With a rich background in book publishing, including her position as Vice President, Director of Advertising and Promotion at Penguin Random House, and her philanthropic endeavors in nonprofits, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Mrs. Schwartz proudly carries her Bronx heritage, igniting a genuine connection to the community. She holds a BA from The Johns Hopkins University.
