Berka Ngong
New Media & Digital Arts Director

Berka Ngong, Director of New Media & Digital Arts leads the development of innovative digital, immersive, and ethical AI-powered learning experiences that expand access to technology and creative expression for young learners. With a background spanning media, education, and emerging technologies, he helps shape the Bronx Children’s Museum’s vision for digital arts education and technology equity. Before joining BXCM, Berka worked within Viacom’s media division, contributing to educational and entertainment initiatives for Nickelodeon. He also developed a coding curriculum for more than 165 students at the Buea School for the Deaf in Cameroon, helping equip them with foundational digital skills for the future. Berka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and is passionate about leveraging technology, creativity, and innovation to expand educational opportunities for all learners.
