Carousel: Students explore cultural heritage through music and dance
Teaching artist Yvette Martinez introduces the Dream Big class to the entirety of the “Road to Success” afterschool program before their performance at the Ending Celebration.
Teaching artist, Yvette Martinez, taught the students a number of different dance concepts throughout the program.
Students learn a different genre of dance when visiting teaching artist, Beastie, came in to teach fundamental Hip Hop and breakdancing.
