Tirso Fernandez is an accomplished senior commercial real estate executive with extensive experience in CRE debt investment, risk, and asset management. Most recently, Fernandez was a senior investment professional with Heitman’s Private Real Estate Debt Group, responsible for business development and investment in the Northeast. A veteran executive, Fernandez previously served as Vice President of JPMorgan’s (JPM) Real Estate Banking Group (REB). Before joining JPM, Fernandez held leadership roles at notable real estate companies and banking groups.


Tirso's commitment to community and social responsibility is evident in serving on Monsignor Scanlan High School board. He provides strategic counsel on real estate matters, demonstrating his dedication to improving educational institutions and the communities they serve. He is also a Robert Toigo Fellow and an MLT Fellow, both of which are highly selective leadership development and management programs. Fernandez' earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
