How It Works
Urban Ecology Exploration
Through hands-on modules, participants learn to identify local plants, animals, and geological features, uncovering the science in their own backyard.
Cultural Connection
We explore how different communities in the Bronx have historically been shaped by this natural environment, weaving together science and cultural heritage.
Stewardship Projects
The program culminates in activities focused on conservation, empowering families with the knowledge to protect and appreciate our local parks and green spaces.
