NAEEMA ARRASTIA is the Chief Business Officer at Red Rabbit, the leading Black-owned K-12 school food management company in the country. In her role, she oversees the HR, Finance, and Communications departments, ensuring the organization’s mission is driven by people leadership and strategic vision.

Naeema's own childhood experiences with food insecurity deeply influence her work at Red Rabbit and her commitment to equity in all spaces. She firmly believes and works towards creating pathways for empowerment and inspiration for children.

Naeema holds a BA in Communications from UMass Amherst and an MBA in Marketing from Pace University. She is a HR professional and Certified Professional Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
